We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our clients on a temporary to permanent basis. This office-based role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and strong administrative skills. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Full-time 35 hours per week - Monday-Friday
- Temporary to Permanent Contract
- Office based, free parking onsite
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to resolve customer queries.
- Update databases and log correspondence accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Confident IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a ‘will-do' approach to challenges.
