What You'll Do:
Lead risk assessments and refine safe work systems.
Oversee accident and environmental performance reports for our US operations.
Champion HSE improvements across the site and beyond.
What You'll Bring:
NEBOSH/IOSH certification with 3-5+ years of hands-on experience.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a knack for problem-solving.
Strong risk management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Expertise in accident investigation, behavioural safety, and root cause analysis.
Your Experience:
Essential: Experience with manufacturing processes, machinery risk assessments, and warehouse safety.
Essential: NVQ3/NEBOSH certification.
Desirable: Chemical safety management (COSHH, ATEX) and familiarity with ISO 14001 and HSE auditing.
