Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (hybrid)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Buyer to join our client's team. As a Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring products to meet our client's business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading company and make a significant impact on their supply chain strategy.
?????????? Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop procurement strategies that enable cost savings and promote supplier diversity.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, price, and delivery terms.
- Negotiate and execute contracts with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to proactively resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to drive continuous improvement.
?? Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a retail or similar industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
