A rare opportunity has arisen within a long established, and respected company based in the heart of Ashford, Kent. Bright Side Recruitment Ltd is assisting in their search for a dedicated computer literate person, who also possesses an excellent telephone manner and fantastic communication skills.
This opportunity combines data entry and verification, alongside responding to occasional telephone and email enquiries. Close attention to detail is a vital attribute for success in this role.
Following an initial 6-week training period (on a 9am to 5pm day shift), the successful candidate will transfer to a permanent 8pm to 8am night shift, with a day shift requirement every other Tuesday. This is a 'lone worker', sleepover environment, set in very secure premises.
This IS a business which operates 24 / 7 - which means that the role requires weekend and bank holiday working, in accordance to the shift rota.
Because of the periodic nature of the work, the job holder is entitled to sleep whilst 'on duty', provided that enquiries are answered efficiently and accurately.
