We are pleased to be working with our client, a leader in their field, on their search for a Project Coordinator to join their team in Sittingbourne.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers and suppliers daily
- To plan, monitor and manage the production requirements needed for the projects, in-line with the customer confirmed commitment
- Creating batch proposals and production orders
- Creating Part Numbers, Bills of Materials and all associated sub-entities
Essential Skillset:
- Previous experience in inbound/outbound shipments
- Experience dealing with export documentation including commercial invoices, commodity codes and packing lists
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel; Experience on ERP systems/databases
