Concerned by the critical shortage in all grades & specialities of doctors and nurses in the NHS, MediLink Consulting are determined to address the issue with their unique bespoke service. What will you be doing?

To begin with you can expect to further develop your recruitment skills and put them to use in resourcing candidates. Training is bespoke to Medilink Consulting and is delivered by our own Head of Training and Development in conjunction with our Directors and Consultants

Maintaining relationships with and gathering availability from our current locum doctors and nurses

Posting job adverts, maintaining an accurate database and responding to candidate communications

Carrying out initial candidate screening/interview calls to assess suitability for live roles

Start to build a personal brand through the use of LinkedIn and other appropriate social media channels

The option to carry out further learning to complete a formal qualification in Recruitment Consulting

Who are we looking for?

Individuals that show resilience and perseverance

Previous sales and service experience or have operated in an environment which is challenging and fast paced

Effective written and verbal communications skills

The ability to provide outstanding levels of customer service

A GROWTH mindset, the willingness to learn and act upon feedback

Strong organisational and collaboration skills

Creative thinking and strong commercial awareness

Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4 and above or the equivalent
