Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

As part of this exciting expansion, they are looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities of an Quality Assurance Manager:
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, ensuring all products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement quality control systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, including BRC and retailer requirements.
- Monitor and review quality performance, driving continuous improvements across the business.
- Manage the investigation and resolution of quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
- Ensure audit readiness and lead customer, regulatory, and third-party audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong quality culture throughout the business.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and industry standards, ensuring compliance at all times.
Key Requirements of an Quality Assurance Manager:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, and industry regulations (BRC, HACCP, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a hands-on approach to managing and developing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
