Three days in the office, two remote

Are you a creative, intelligent, and articulate team player looking to thrive in a dynamic and supportive agency with a strong pedigree in public affairs, planning support, and B2B communications?

If so, there is an exciting opportunity for you! This leading agency delivers cutting-edge projects for clients in low carbon, renewables, transport, education, housing, and sustainable development. Their mission is to shape opinions, build new communities, and introduce innovative technologies.

They are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive who is passionate about media and current affairs and eager to work on projects that will make a difference for future generations. Creativity and a keen interest in today's key issues are essential, along with a good understanding of local politics.

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role across a variety of accounts, focusing on two main areas:

  1. Stakeholder/PA/community-focused campaigns aimed at building consensus and achieving planning consent. This includes working on next-generation multi-billion infrastructure projects such as energy, rail, utilities, and road, as well as town centre urban renewal and smaller scale developments.
  2. Corporate/B2B campaigns designed to build reputations for clients, position them in their markets, and execute intelligent and creative campaigns that connect them with their target audiences, all in line with their commercial objectives.

In this role, you will join a dedicated team delivering stakeholder engagement for national infrastructure projects and communications for international brands.

Your work will involve political and stakeholder liaison and community relations, requiring creative outputs to engage communities and encourage their participation in new projects.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Strong writing skills and the ability to process and manage information effectively
  • Excellent people skills and a desire to work in a team environment with both clients and colleagues
  • Bright, ambitious, flexible, and adaptable thinking
  • A keen interest in policy and politics
  • High energy, commitment to client success, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working culture

This position is based at their West London office, with the flexibility of working from home/remotely two days a week

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect an attractive competitive salary and 25 days of leave per year.

Additionally, they offer clear progression paths, comprehensive training and development programs, and structured career planning.

Their benefits package is designed to support your well-being and includes a friendly, close-knit team environment, a flexible working policy, summer and Christmas socials, an employer-contributed pension scheme, life insurance, an employee assistance program with medical, mental health, and financial support, private healthcare, an electric vehicle scheme, a cycle-to-work scheme, various high street and online discounts, and on-site mental health first aiders.
