We provide water efficiency solutions for the domestic, commercial, and agritech sectors. Our work in the UK involves partnering with leading water companies and local authorities to reduce residential water consumption, improving over 20,000 homes each year. Our patented ‘Control Flow' water efficiency technology is widely used by our clients. Additionally, we manage water efficiency projects in Care Homes, Student Accommodation, Leisure Centres, and Hotels. In 2023, we launched a consumer offering to sell and install our products directly to homes across the UK, helping homeowners save an average of £380 per year on water and heating.

We are now looking for a Customer Engagement Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will be a key part of our ever-growing Water Team, acting as the first point of contact for new and potential customers.

Specifically, you will conduct internal survey assessments, secure installation appointments and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Managing your diary to achieve appointment targets, you'll provide tailored water efficiency advice and oversee the installation process from initial assessment to customer follow-up.

Your role will also involve:

  • Carrying out Home Water MOTs
  • Taking water meter readings and flow rate measurements
  • Identifying suitable pipework or meter chambers for a Control Flow device to be fitted
  • Ensuring our job management system is completed with sufficient information
  • Updating our CRM system

About You

To be considered as a Customer Engagement Officer, you will need:

  • Customer service experience
  • Great communication skills
  • A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
