Conveyancing Assistant
- Salary Range: £26,000 - £28,000 (Depending on experience)

An award-winning Residential Property team is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic group. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their legal career and who takes pride in providing long-term support to clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Review local searches and compare against previous records.
- Manage Help to Buy loan redemptions and coordinate with lenders.
- Communicate with clients, sales offices, and developer solicitors, escalating complex inquiries to Fee Earners.
- Verify mortgage offers and liaise with clients and lenders to address queries.
- Follow up with clients for deposits and paperwork, preparing files for exchange.
- Handle post-completion matters, including registrations.
- Conduct search applications and close abortive files.
- Generate quotes and initiate files during peak periods as needed.
- Draft and dispatch documents to buyers' solicitors for sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
