An established global insurance brokers is currently looking for a

Service Desk Manager

to join their IT team within their London office permanently and support the Service Desk across all their global locations.

You will be responsible for managing the service desk team and striving to provide a 1st class service to all users across the business, as well as continue to promote the IT service models and improve the current services being provided to all users.

The successful candidate will be:An experienced Service Desk Manager, with prior experience managing a small team - Insurance or Finance Service industry experience is essential. Prior experience of implementing service desk processes and procedures. Good knowledge of reporting and data analysis. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and negotiate when required. Proficient with Office 365 product suite and Microsoft cloud services. ITIL certified / ITIL qualifications. Must be happy to work onsite (5 days a week) and travel to global offices when needed.
