Telephone interviewers
We are currently recruiting for 3-4 Telephone interviewers to work Week of the 3rd June and 10th June The role is located in Westminster,
working on a full-time basis and is paying £13.15 per hour.
WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?
Our client is an established non-profit organisation. An Education based client; located in the wonderfully vibrant city of Westminster.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will be phoning Schools and talking to headteachers - on behalf of the business and asking them some questions.
- You will be given a range of circa 300 schools and task is to follow-up with those schools (by phone/email) to get information on what contact they have had with their MP; in light of the upcoming General Election
- If no contact from their MP then to point them towards advice/guidance on doing so (Training will be given)
- You will need to keep a spreadsheet of the schools up to date with conversations you have had.
ABOUT YOU
- An interest in Politics and Education is helpful
- Good customer service and communications are essential
- Must be available for the full 2 weeks
- High attention to detail including a high standard of accuracy when processing data
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
