We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in the customer journey, developing creative marketing strategies and selling our recruitment marketing solution. This client-facing position involves presenting and promoting employer branding and recruitment marketing services to enhance our clients' ability to attract and engage a diverse range of employees.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for talent marketing and employer brand across various services.
  • Consult with customers to understand their EVP and talent challenges, creating tailored employer brand profiles and marketing plans.
  • Ensure client diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategies are integral to recruitment marketing plans.
  • Engage actively in the discovery and sales process, collaborating with internal teams to define effective solutions.
  • Develop bid content and campaign proposals, and present in sales pitches as the subject matter expert.
  • Analyse and recommend sourcing channel strategies, including social media campaigns.
  • Work with technology to maximise candidate connection and reach.
  • Collaborate with talent sourcing teams to develop engagement strategies for talent pools.
  • Implement and deploy new talent attraction strategies and campaigns.
  • Create compelling campaigns that highlight customer brands and vacancies.
  • Act as the brand guardian for all communications and marketing collateral.
  • Develop impactful media campaigns with media partners.
  • Manage budgets, report on spend, and deliver ROI.
  • Embed metrics into the candidate journey for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate campaigns to innovate continuously.
  • Design and deliver consultancy solutions for employer branding projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing experts to maximise marketing outputs.
  • Research and develop new initiatives for the employer branding and marketing offering.

Who we are looking for:

  • Proven expertise in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Extensive knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing best practices.
  • Experience in a recruitment or talent outsourcing environment.
  • Consultative experience with external customers to develop talent attraction strategies.
  • Track record of designing and deploying successful talent marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in sourcing channels, including social media.
  • Experience in sales presentations and bids.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and creative programs such as Canva, Prezi, PowerPoint, PowToon, etc.
  • Desirable: Experience delivering solutions to customers in Europe.
