Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to oversee the sales process for our new build housing site in Inverness. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth home buying experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to completion and handover.
  • Welcome and assist customers, providing comprehensive information about the development and available properties.
  • Conduct site tours and viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of our new homes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present sales documentation, contracts, and related paperwork.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the site and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the management team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in property sales, preferably within the new build housing sector.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales management software.
  • Knowledge of the local property market in Inverness is an advantage.
