As a Commercial Property Agent, you will:
- Identify and secure new property opportunities within the care sector.
- Manage property transactions from initial inquiry to completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with care providers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with valuable insights.
- Negotiate lease and purchase agreements to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
You will need:
- Proven experience as a commercial property agent, preferably within the care sector.
- Strong understanding of the care sector and its unique property requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in property management software and market analysis tools.
