Customer Partnerships Executive

Our client located in Harrogate are recruiting for a Customer Partnerships Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. You'll build and maintain growth of your allocated area by successfully upselling and cross-selling the company's vast product range.

Responsibilities:

  • Order processing
  • Dealing with day to day and complex queries
  • Answering inbound phone calls, making outbound phone calls to your area
  • Team approach to sales group inbox, booking review and growth meetings for current customers
  • Contact of inactive current accounts
  • Maintaining customer portal accounts, maintaining customer details.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in:

  • Sales target strategies and key performance indicators
  • Management of customer accounts
  • Proven sales experience, including new or additional business strategies
  • Achieving sales targets and delivering against key performance indicators
  • Team work
  • Customer service and excellent communication
  • Problem solving and complaints management
  • Word, Excel, e-mail, Sage 200 and CRM.

Hours of work - Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Our client is offering a salary of £27,000 with additional retention based bonus.
