Description

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and activation on our global social media channels where we have a total global community of over 600k. Using your expertise, you will build and deliver a best-in-class organic and paid social media strategy, activating campaigns to drive the brand forward and achieve the key KPIs associated, driving strong growth and engagement. You will own all subsequent reporting and insights and use these effectively to inform future strategy.

You'll oversee the creation of captivating creative streams such as written content, photography, videography and all touchpoints that require a creative approach outside of physical design.

You'll ensure content spans all customer personas as well as an attraction funnel and a hook for repeat and recommend decisions. Post-purchase care and advice is just as central to the role, embodying our USPs as a brand.
