Sales Trainer
Mid Kent
Monday – Friday – Office Based
£30,000 - £40,000
FANTASTIC opportunity to work with the leading provider of immersive and transformative experiences. From corporate retreats to meet and greets- they work with a huge range of clients, offering luxury experiences at top events, with A – list celebrities, all over the UK. They are looking for a dedicated individual with a large presence that will inspire and motivate a team of salespeople.
In this Account manager position you will be responsible for:
- Determing and organising training
- Performing sales representative assessments
- Identifying skill gaps with sales employees
- Creating Training Materials: Developing high-quality training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and exercises, to support learning objectives and reinforce key concepts.
- Analysing sales figures before and after training to measure success
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Sales training experience.
- Strong leadership skills
- Previous sales experience (Desirable)
- Strong communications skills and the ability to adapt
- Attention to detail
- IT Literate
