I'm collaborating with a multinational company that is eager to grow their Human Resources team, this big major corporation is making significant financial investments to build a capable Human Resource team.
Day-to-day of the role for the Human Resources Administrator:
- Collecting and implementing accurate employee feedback to improve company procedures.
- Organising training courses, wellness meetings, and distributing questionnaires.
- Maintaining up-to-date health and safety standards in office spaces.
- Educating employees on various systems, new policies, and procedures.
Required skills and qualifications for the Human Resources Administrator:
- Prior experience in HR is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively share knowledge with employees.
- Basic IT and software proficiency.
- A CIPD qualification is highly beneficial.
