Our client, a leading maintenance and passive fire protection company, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator/Coordinator to join their team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth coordination of works and contractors, as well as maintaining project timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule works, including managing contractors and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring all tasks and milestones are completed on schedule.
- Track project costs and budgets, providing updates and reports as needed.
- Ensure all project deliverables are met, from inception to completion.
- Prepare and submit invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing.
- Coordinate labour, materials, and other resources to meet project needs.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure effective communication and project progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a construction, maintenance, or fire protection environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with project management software is desirable.
