NMS Recruit are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Service Desk Technician to join an award-winning AV integrator with 20 years of industry experience. The role is ideal for Audio Visual Engineers looking to step away from the tools or individuals with a technical mindset and strong customer service skills.
Reporting into the Service Desk Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Take incoming service calls and addressing enquiries or product faults
- Reviewing client requests and allocate works to field service engineers
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support as required
- Scheduling engineer call outs to site
- Scheduling planned preventative maintenance visits
- Monitor client's assets and provide asset management and outstanding work reports as required
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of repaired or replacement parts and equipment
- Maintaining and updating ticketing platform
- Handling RMA's
Essential Skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A natural multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment and manage hectic schedules effectively
