Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a global secondary sector client to secure a Global Head of Rewards. You'll be joining a 4.5k employee strong company, operating in over 40 countries and reporting straight into the CHRO. This is a No.1 reward role where you will take a lead on compensation and benefits matters globally with the support of a team of 4.

As the Global Head of Reward you will be managing the cash compensation scheme, LTIP, executive remuneration and work closely with the CHRO to deliver at Rem Co. You'll ensure an appropriate compensation framework and job architecture is in place to ensure the business is competitive and lends itself well to promote talent retention and ensure a inclusive and performance driven business. The role will include operational reward work plus design and delivery projects to drive the business forward. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and support with any divesting or country expansion. You'll provide the strategic direction for compensation and benefits matters and ensure effective relationships across the business such as stakeholders within finance, HR and operations. This role will also include a small amount of global mobility work.

To be considered for this role you must be a Head of Reward with experience of both compensation and benefits activities within a multi-country setting (15+). You should be hands on and happy to drive both operational work and strategic initiatives. Team management experience is a must and you should be able to lead on reward programs for all levels of a business. Attention to detail, an analytical nature and strong stakeholder management skills are key. You should be adaptable and be flexible to change.

This role is offering a competitive salary of £100-120k plus cash bonus and agile working. The role can be fully remote with very minimal travel potentially required.
