Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for your next interim assignment? We are excited to be partnering with a growing Nottingham FMCG business to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager on a temporary basis for three to six months.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has experienced significant growth. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the company's financial operations.
You can:
- Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Take full ownership of the month-end close process
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial statements to senior leadership.
- Lead P&L and balance sheet reviews, performing detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and key drivers impacting business performance.
- Support the business in its audit activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, providing financial insights and recommendations to inform decision-making
About You:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial operations, reporting, and analysis
- Able to start a new role at short notice and hit the ground running
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and confidently
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to manage time effectively between remote and office work
