Employment Solicitor - Remote Working

Fantastic opportunity to join this niche national ABS / commercial law firm and deal with top quality work on behalf of household companies & insurer clients. They have a national presence with offices based in the South West, however this role can be entirely remote with travel once per quarter to their head office in Bristol.

You will ideally have gained at least 2+ Years' PQE with experience of providing respondent employment law advice. The staff at this firm are highly experienced and come from top tier backgrounds, so this will provide you with a platform to learn from the best, work with your a established client base and build your own relationships. Ideally you will have gained good experience of working on quality employment law matters at a established practice.

The team deal with both contentious and non-contentious work and are forging a reputation for servicing large clients and providing an outstanding quality of work. The role will be dealing with mostly respondent work advising an impressive range of regional and national clients, and some individuals. You will be dealing with a wide range of employment matters including review of contracts and policies and procedures, advising on termination of employment, advising and drafting on settlement agreements, providing corporate support on commercial agreements and corporate transactions, and representation during employment tribunal cases. There is also scope to deal with some claimant work too, however the bulk of work is respondent focused.

This firm have focus on providing client care and so they therefore don't have any financial targets but do concentrate on delivering a fantastic service to their clients and being able to find commercial solutions in the shortest possible timescale.

There are Associate & Senior Associate opportunities available with a salary up to £65,000 and a great benefits package in place.
