Community Warehouse Supervisor

8am - 1pm Monday to Friday
Driving licence is essential
This is a brand new role to supervise the day to day operations at our warehouse, which will help ensure the ongoing success of Ediblelinks. As the Community Warehouse Supervisor you will have strong leadership skills to effectively supervise day to day operations and ensure the ongoing success of Ediblelinks. You will work with a dedicated small staff team and a pool of volunteers. The role requires sensitivity and empathy alongside discipline and effective boundaries.
The successful candidate must have experience of food distribution, meeting legislative standards, proven leadership skills and effective time management.
This role is 25 hours per week, 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday and there will be a requirement to drive.

Ediblelinks uses food surplus to reduce poverty and diet related ill health. We do this by running a food bank and providing food to the community, through social supermarkets and supporting food based projects such as breakfast clubs.
