Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and delivery of the Electrical Installation curriculum.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance program relevance.
- Manage a team of Lecturers and support staff to ensure high-quality education.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements as necessary.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations Qualification.
- Hold a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience of teaching electrical installations (the role will be 50% teaching)
- A track record of leading a team of academic staff is preferred.
