eCommerce Marketing Manager

Our client

Thrilled to be working with this global consumer brand on their search for an eCommerce Manager, based in Tyne & Wear. This is a highly exciting, fast paced and commercial role within a multinational business.

Due to the ambitious growth plans, and management of projects and team, this role will be based in the office 5 days a week.

The role

  • Develop and deliver and annual localised marketing strategy, aligned with the sales targets, to ultimately drive sales, customer acquisition, increased AOV and RCR.
  • Through constant test and improve you will drive conversion of sales not only through direct selling platforms but also through third party partners and marketplaces
  • Develop and monitor team and territory performance through in depth analytics
  • Stay up to date with emerging e-commerce technology, platforms and tools and make recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
  • You will be the driving force behind consumer insights and data driven recommendations
  • You will work with direct reports to control spends on paid advertising and media whilst demonstrating consistent growth, working to exceed both cost and revenue targets

Experience

You will have the following experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of paid channels, including Google, Amazon, Meta and Affiliates
  • Have strategic experience working across eCommerce platforms throughout your career
  • Experience of working with customer insights, eCommerce data analytics and customer profiling
  • Comfortable in working in a fast paced, environment, with an entrepreneurial spirit, prepared to roll up your sleeves - an SME mindset in a global business
  • Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders, being confident in being autonomous and making decisions, whilst managing junior team members
