Our client, a true leader in the Motor Trade in Wales are looking to recruit for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join them on a permanent basis.
Based just outside Pontypridd at their Showroom, you'll be joining an friendly, dedicated and professional technician team to provide a first class technical service for all vehicles that come through the showroom.
What you'll be doing:
- Complete vehicle safety inspections to the highest standard.
- Confidently work on all makes and models of vehicles, carrying out various tasks efficiently to an excellent standard.
- Confident diagnosis of faults on many different types of vehicles.
- Completion of all relevant paperwork accurately and on time.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and Health & Safety standards at all times.
What you'll need:
- Valid UK driving license is essential.
- Level 2/3 Qualification or equivalent OR 3 years' experience in a workshop environment.
- Ability to work efficiently, with high numbers of vehicles coming into our workshop.
- Diagnostic experience would be great, though not essential as full training will be given.
- Genuine opportunity to progress and develop professionally.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary will be between £26,500 - £36,500 depending on experience level.
