You will be joining Non Financial Risk (NFR) Group Governance team, a team that sits within NFR Group Risk Management focused on ensuring Non-Financial Risk management group governance requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner.

Your key responsibilities
- Coordinate the timely and accurate production of monthly Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Governance presentations.
- Assist the Non-Financial Risk Committee secretary to successfully discharge their secretarial duties in line with the committee's terms of reference, including but not limited to coordinating prep meeting with the committee chair, maintenance of actions log, retention of all key committee documents and usage of relevant governance tools.
- Perform independent review and challenge on the robustness of the topic and content that is submitted for inclusion in the respective committee to ensure confidence in the quality of NFR outputs that are leveraged for decision-making.
- Liaison with the Group Governance and Office of the Chief Risk Officer functions to maintain consistency with reporting requirements.
- Respond to Group Audit and regulatory requests from relevant stakeholders to provide evidence from
- Collaborate with the wider Group Risk Management teams to produce senior management materials, presentation preparation and content development as required.
Your skills and experience
- Understanding of Non-Financial Risk Management principles and practices with relevant experience gained in first line risk & control role, second line risk function, governance, or audit.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and a desire to work collaboratively to facilitate successful risk management within the 3 lines of defense (3LoD) model.
- Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal/written) and ability to distil complex content into simple messaging to senior audiences.
- Demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work within a high-pressure dynamic environment.
- Gravitas to challenge senior stakeholders to obtain the best risk management outcomes.
