They have over sixty-one years of expertise and they are deeply committed to providing exceptional services, both in the domestic and commercial sectors. They are currently looking to recruit an apprentice into their office to support the Operations Manager.

What's involved?

  • Becoming an expert in Job Logic to update customers on job quotes, times and invoicing
  • First response to customer calls and directing customers to the appropriate teams
  • Working collaboratively with the engineers to manage their diaries and align these with customer requirements
  • Using Navman to track engineers and manage booking times for customers
  • Using the World Play system to manage customer payments and invoicing
  • Using Xero to send invoices and save financial information for the engineers
  • Weekly reporting on KPIs using Excel and collating this to internal staff
  • Using Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook for email correspondence

What do they need from you?

  • Good customer service skills
  • Good communication
  • Microsoft package experience
  • Attention to detail

Salary:

£12,480 - £16,770 per annum, depending on age

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Full time role on completion of apprenticeship
