- Managing the receipt and dispatch of medical instrument sets within a warehouse.
- Maintaining the kit booking system ensuring that the instrument sets are recorded and entered correctly.
- Maintaining the demo booking system
- Maintaining accurate records and proficient computer skills
- Handling medical instruments and inspect and replenish after use.
- Carrying out internal audits as requested
- Carrying out consignment kit audits at hospital locations (1-2 visits per month)
- General administrative duties.
- Returning kit boxes to stores in an organized manner.
- Reporting any discrepancies to line manager.
- Adhering to relevant quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized workspace.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with sales reps and agents, understanding their needs and requests
