Due to expansion, the Eventus Recruitment Group are actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Legal recruitment division in Lancaster. This is an ideally full-time permanent job, with the option of hybrid working and flexibility over working hours.
The successful candidate will be given unrivalled training and support from our highly successful and dynamic team. We are looking for ambitious professionals with either sales experience or recruitment experience who are looking for a rewarding, fast paced and varied career within legal recruitment.
What does this Recruitment role involve?
Taking over a warm, successful patch (still with the ability to make your own mark), you will be dealing with all aspects of the recruitment cycle. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Build, manage and grow client relationships and add value to the client proposition offering
- Identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business through identifying and creating commercial 'recruitment solutions' for new business wins
- Identify and maximise new business opportunities in existing clients and leverage all commercial opportunities across major key accounts
- Achieve specific new business targets and growth goals
- Fulfil Client briefs in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Deliver superior service every time to both clients and candidates
- Increase awareness of the both the Eventus Recruitment Group brand and your own personal brand in the local area via social media, networking and sponsorship events
What are we looking for?
We are welcoming applications from experienced professionals with either previous sales or recruitment experience. More importantly you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong desire for success. You will have a strong education pedigree, be results-focussed and have a drive to succeed within a rewarding industry where you can personally make an impact. Perseverance is needed to achieve the best results, so resilience, persistence and determination is key.
In addition, regular candidate and client meetings will be part of this role. So, you will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
