The Admin Officer will provide efficient, effective, and reliable support to a fast-paced Secretarial & Business Support department within a renowned Not For Profit organisation. This temporary role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and excellent administrative skills.

Description

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Coordinating and managing team schedules and appointments.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing systems, updating records, and organising documentation.
  • Facilitating internal communication within the department.
  • Participating in team meetings and supporting team objectives.
  • Complying with all relevant company and legal requirements.

Profile

A successful Admin Officer should have:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
