Robert Half are working with an Insurance & Rewards business who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager on a 3 Month Temp to Perm contract. You will be working on the Go to Market for a new product for a new rewards app platform.
Digital Marketing Manager - 3 Months Temp to Perm - London (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing customer registrations in the App and growing customer engagement and offer uptake
- Generating new ideas and campaigns
- Budgeting, planning and reporting on the performance of Marketing
- Leading and resourcing the Marketing team to ensure all objectives and initiatives
- Working closely other Marketing Teams to promote targeted products to customers
- Managing digital Marketing, including social media, Analytics, website and App CRMs
- Maintaining image and brand.
Requirements
- Digital marketing background // experience in mobile app marketing.
- Experience within Rewards / Discounts platforms
- Insurance / Rewards / Discounts Platforms
- Digital marketing experience - Mobile Apps, In-app notifications, Email, customer engagement, digital customer journeys
- Cross channel customer engagement platforms like Braze experience
- Knowledge and understanding of customer journey comms and development
- Strong Analytics / Performance Marketing
