HR Administrator
I am seeking an HR Administrator to provide efficient and accurate HR-related administration and coordination. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of all client and employee-related administration and delivery activity. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring our clients receive the best HR solutions for their people.
Day-to-day of the HR Administartor role:
- Support the delivery team by managing HR administration, handling client queries, reporting, researching, and supporting client projects.
- Respond to client queries in line with HR best practice within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients.
- Manage client employee files with high accuracy.
- Handle HR administration processes such as onboarding new employees and monthly payroll admin.
- Draft and issue accurate HR documentation for clients, including contracts, handbooks, and templates.
- Assist with HR casework and onsite meetings as required.
- Build strong relationships with the client base, becoming an integral part of their operations.
- Stay updated on HR best practices to provide top-notch solutions to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the HR Administartor:
- 1 years' experience in an HR administration role.
- Strong interest in HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a reactive, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Commercially minded with a focus on delivering results.
- HR accreditations such as CIPD are a plus but not essential.
