The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time SEND English Teacher to join our team. Whether you are a qualified teacher or an enthusiastic unqualified candidate looking to make a meaningful impact, we welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEMH complexities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and academic achievement.
  • Utilize outdoor learning opportunities to enhance the educational experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs is highly valued.
  • Strong commitment to supporting the holistic development of students.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
