The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEMH complexities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and academic achievement.
- Utilize outdoor learning opportunities to enhance the educational experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs is highly valued.
- Strong commitment to supporting the holistic development of students.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
