Pay Rate: Band 6 - £21.80 per hour / Band 7 £22.37 per hour
Hours / Shift: 37.5 hours per week / Mon - Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm
The Role:

What you can add:
- Be able to use a high level of empathy when discussing diagnosis and prognosis
- Be able to adapt interaction style to facilitate communication where patients/carers may themselves have impaired communication or find the information difficult to accept
- Have a high level of both written and communication skills
- Have strong analytical skills to interpret complex and/or conflicting clinical information
- Be able to consider the opinions and priorities of other people and organisations when planning interventions
What you will need:
- HCPC Registration
- Degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy
- Able to have a caring and empathetic approach to support patients and their families emotionally and psychologically.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of:
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
