Electrical Supervisor (Commercial Properties)
Location: Melksham
Salary: £39,500 per annum
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team, overseeing electrical operations on a range of commercial properties in Melksham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to lead on electrical safety, maintenance, and testing in a dynamic environment.
Key Requirements:
- Electrical qualifications: Minimum City & Guilds 2391 (Electrical Test and Inspection).
- Desirable experience: Previous supervisory experience and AP (Authorised Person) qualification.
- Technical skills: Competent in fault finding on BMS (Building Management Systems) and control systems. PAT testing and electrical servicing experience are desirable.
- Commercially aware: Strong knowledge of PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) systems and the ability to make commercially astute decisions.
