This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service and Logistics Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving and is adept at managing schedules for service technicians to ensure top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule technician work orders for quoted and warranty services
  • Maximize service technician productivity and ensure adequate team coverage at customer sites
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted point of contact
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices
  • Analyse data and generate reports
  • Support service technicians with parts delivery and collection, site clearance, and van stock management

Key Competencies:

  • Previous experience in service coordination or a customer service support role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Solid administrative background
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Knowledge of processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is an advantage
