Salary: £28,000-34,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be actively recruiting for a highly reputable Architectural practice with close to 40 years of delivering expert designs across a diverse portfolio of projects in sectors such as healthcare, residential, education and heritage. Their exciting projects range in scale from bespoke, luxury residential to large scale developments. This dynamic RIBA chartered practice are seeking a passionate Architectural Technician to join their friendly team in Guildford.

The successful intermediate Architectural Technician will have substantial post qualification experience with confident abilities using both Revit and AutoCAD and capable at producing high quality construction packages.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Intermediate Architectural Technician:

  • HND/HNC or Degree in Architectural Technology
  • Sufficient Post qualification experience in an Architectural Practice
  • Technically minded
  • Proven experience working on residential, education or healthcare projects is advantageous
  • Capable at liaising confidently with clients, contractors and other professionals
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Produce high quality tender and construction packages
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Creatively minded
  • Proactive approach to development
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Work well in a team environment and independently
  • Attentiveness to detail
  • Live locally to the Guildford area
