Part time Team Coordinator - 6-month initial contract - £32,000 - £35,000 pro rata (£19,200 - £21,000)

A wonderful opportunity to join an International Consultancy in a newly created position as a Team Coordinator, on an initial 6-month contract with the strong possibility to extend. This is an office-based position near London Bridge to start as soon as possible working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 08:30 -17:30

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate team assistant/coordinator experience within a deadline/project driven environment from the Professional Services or Consultancy industries. A flexible attitude and happy to turn your hand to whatever task is needed, as well as a high attention to detail. Strong administration skills, including note taking, to produce reports from handwritten drafts, as well as being able to manage data and produce financial information and invoices. Organising national and international travel. This is a super opportunity for an experienced project team coordinator to join this sociable and collaborative organisation.

As an integral member of the support team, the team coordinator role is varied, and responsibilities include:

Supporting Market Sector Heads with diary and meeting management support

Liaising with employees, subconsultants and clients based in the UK and internationally

Project administration - creating and maintaining spreadsheets, systems and processes

Delivering chargeable project work where possible

Booking routine and complex travel and organising visas

Drafting routine and sometimes complex documentation eg contracts, reports, briefing papers and presentations

Attending meetings and taking notes

Managing office supplies and ordering stationery, kitchen equipment

Sharing receptionist duties with the rest of the administrative team, taking calls and meeting guests

Organising lunches for meetings; organising company and client hosting events
