Providing occupational therapy assessments & therapeutic interventions across the Older Adult service in Tameside.
This will include support to 2 inpatient wards & across the community
This will include undertaking assessments to aid discharge planning from the wards & supporting people to live safely in her current home environments.
The scope of the work will include working with older adults with both organic & functional mental health needs.
The role will require the OT to measure & order appropriate equipment.
Knowledge of MOHO assessments & tools would be beneficial.
All the Older Adult service is based within the Etherow building.
The hours can be negotiated dependent upon the applicant.
