We are recruiting for an IT Support Administrator (Infrastructure) for a leading provider of integrated intralogistics systems. This organisation is dedicated to transforming warehouse logistics through the use of cutting-edge technology. The IT Support Administrator will be responsible for supporting the internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telephony systems. You will manage the core infrastructure lifecycle and provide day-to-day support for the organisation's IT needs across multiple sites, with occasional travel to various locations. You will also be involved in technology projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include the administration of telephony and network systems, IT services, employee onboarding and offboarding, and asset management. You'll support users with software products, manage access rights, and help maintain service levels. Additionally, there may be on-call support required, along with occasional travel for training purposes.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Solid IT education (technical college, university, or similar)
  • Experience in administrative and/or front-line IT support roles
  • Knowledge of servers, desktops, and hardware infrastructure
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Linux (SUSE, Oracle preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
