Are you an experienced Credit Controller seeking a new challenge within a global organisation?
We are currently partnered with a highly successful group of companies based in Brentwood as they seek to hire a Credit Controller to join their established Billings department.
They are ideally looking to recruit an experienced professional who is well versed in handling complex accounts, high value/volume ledgers, negotiations, as well as multi currency reconciliations.
Our client is offering a salary of £33,000, competitive bonuses, hybrid working, study support, flexible working hours, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare and more.
Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for chasing/collecting debt for a complex ledger.
Maintaining the high value ledger - unallocated cash, write-off proposals, credit balances etc.
Producing weekly reports on high-risk customers.
Managing the aged debt and producing reports for key stakeholders.
Resolving disputes and negotiating payment terms to assist in cash collection.
Reviewing of 180+ day accounts and escalating accounts when required.
Requirements:
3+ years of Credit Control experience.
Experience in handling high volume/value ledgers.
Multi-currency exposure (ideal).
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
