Setup: Hybrid, 3 days per week on-site

Role Purpose:
The Category Buyer will support category-sourcing strategies
Key Responsibilities: Ingredients & Third Party
- Drive a strategic approach to supporting the supply chain, optimising value from third parties across functions and geographies.
- Partner with stakeholders to align supplier capabilities with business growth and profit goals.
- Assist initiatives to streamline procurement processes using technology and best practices to boost efficiency and support long-term goals.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Senior Leadership team to drive process improvements and support the company's rapid growth.
Requirements:
- Strong ingredients or third-party sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management experience.
- Strong drive to deliver results and build relations at all levels.
- Background from FMCG or Food
