Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support: Assisting with daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Document Management: Filing, organising, and maintaining accurate records and documents.
- Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, managing the front desk, and providing a professional first point of contact for clients and guests.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assisting in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office activities.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked and operational.
- Team Support: Providing general support to the wider team, including assisting with special projects as required.
Skills and Experience:

Experience: Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential.

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
