JOB TITLE: Private Client Lawyer

PQE: 1 years' +

LOCATION: Leicester

SALARY:

THE ROLE:

The successful Private Client Lawyer will be responsible for the management of a busy and full caseload with minimum supervision, to include the preparation of Lasting Power of Attorney, wills (including the provision of IHT advice) dealing with the administration of estates and trust work and Deputyship applications. You will also be involved with the business development of the department.

THE CANDIDATE:

The appointed Private Client Lawyer will be at least 1 years' PQE and be joining a supportive firm offering potential partnership prospects. You will ideally be STEP accredited (not essential) and be able to work with minimal supervision to high standards. You will be self-motivated, organised and able to communicate to both team members and clients clearly and respectfully.
