Account Manager
Location: London
£40,000 - £45,000 plus company car, fuel card, bonus scheme, mobile phone, laptop, healthcare, income protection, death in service, home office, private pension, 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays and further training & development opportunities
We are one of the UKs leading Water Hygiene/Treatment Company. They offer cooling tower engineering and environmental solutions across the UK.
Due to growth, they are now looking for an additional Account Manager to work on a variety of different clients around the Southern region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the day-to-day account management of multiple water treatment & water hygiene accounts
- Monitor operational performance and raise any issues with the delivery team as required
- Conduct account reviews to identify potential reasons for account loss and explore up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Negotiate contract renewals with accounts
- Respond to ongoing client requests and compliance issues in a timely manner
- Monitor financial KPI's and take actions with accounts to make sure they remain on budget
To apply you MUST have or hold:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Account Manager within the Water Hygiene/Treatment industry
- Based within a commutable distance of Berkshire
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in Water Treatment is essential (Cooling Towers, Closed Systems & Steam Boilers)
