Role Overview
Our client is seeking an
Employment Law Solicitor
to assist an experienced solicitor with a busy caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for professional development, with the long-term goal of building and managing your own caseload over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with a range of employment law matters, including both contentious and non-contentious cases.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deliver excellent client care and legal support.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has a background in employment law
- Holds a minimum degree of 2:2.
- Displays a strong academic background.
- Driven, self-motivated, and capable of building good client relationships.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently while being an effective team player.
Working Hours
- 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
