Due to further contract wins with some of the largest utilities contractors, Smart Choice Metering are looking for fully qualified Smart Meter Engineers to join our ever-growing team across the country and our commitment to the UK Government's Smart Metering Implementation Programme (SMIP), an energy-industry led initiative to roll-out approximately 53 million smart meters to domestic properties and non-domestic sites in Great Britain.
We'll give you:
- A competitive base salary of £38,000 with an achievable OTE of £52,000+!
- £2000 sign on bonus
- Industry leading bonus structure that includes;
- £6000 loyalty bonus over 4 years of service; * £1000 after 12 months * £1250after 2 years * £1750 after 3 years * £2000 after 4 years
- Foundation bonus of up to £350 per month
- Daily Meter fit bonus of £9 per single meter payable from meter 1
- No mandatory On-Call
- Full training provided at our accredited on-site training centre that includes pathways to 3 phase, Heat pumps and EV
- 31 days annual leave (plus 3 milestone holidays - major birthdays, wedding, moving house) with buy back.
